Delivery
We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 24 hours of payment (except weekend), but if you buy an item before 2pm any weekdays, we will send it the same day to make sure you receive your items as quick as possible.
Payments
All the prices are included VAT, being a VAT registered company; we can provide you with a VAT receipt upon request.
We suggest our buyer only to buy an item or bid on it if you have the intention to buy it. Please do not bid unless you really want to buy it.
None of the items will be dispatched before receiving full payment from the buyers.

In case you want to cancel an order please contact us via eBay's email service and we will be able to cancel the order and give you a full refund as long as the item has not been dispatched yet.

In case you receive a wrong item, then the item must be returned to us within a week and we will send the correct product to you without further delay, also you'll receive the minimal postage charges that are required to send this item.
