Returns
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when
you return it to us in an unused and saleable condition within 30 days of
receipt.
Refunds will be at the original purchase price
excluding the initial delivery charge and will be made to your original method
of payment.
We aim to process all returns within 7 days of
us receiving the goods back in our Warehouse. However, please make sure that
you enclose a note with your eBay ID and reason for return before sending it
back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and
processing your return.
On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer
than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 7
working days. Once your Order has been refunded you will receive notification
via email.
If you are returning footwear, please do not
attach the label or any sticky tape to the footwear box as your return will not
be accepted. Return parcels using any courier to the address below.
