  • You will be notified on the day that your goods have been despatched via e-mail
  • Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. However we are happy to accept returns provided we are informed within 14 days of the purchase date and subject to the following provisions:- (1) The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging (2) The item must be in a re-saleable condition upon its return (3) Please note that we will only refund reasonable postage costs if your return is due to a fault or mistake on our part. In all other circumstances the original postage cost is non-refundable. If you benefited from free p & p. a reasonable amount will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our initial postage costs.(4) If your return is because the item wasn't suitable or you changed your mind the return postage costs are your responsibility. Once returned and found to be in a re-saleable condition you will be refunded for its original cost.   • 7 days after we have despatched your order, if we have not been notified by you of any problem, or received feedback, we will send a feedback reminder.
  • We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of our couriers
  • A full refund will be issued by the same method as payment was made as soon as returned items are received. An exchange will be sent as soon as the returned item and an additional postage payment (arranged and agreed prior to return) are received.
