Shipping Details

For UK customers, we send all items as Standard Parcel Tracked Delivery. This allows tracking of the item and gives us proof of delivery. This delivery option generally takes 3-5 working days. We also offer Royal Mail 1st Class and special delivery. If your payment clears before 12pm, we will process it the same day.
For international customers, we currently offer Priority Airmail. Royal Mail does not offer an international tracking service, but for peace of mind we also offer an international signed for service. If you would like this, please contact us so we can send you a new invoice.
We may send your package by another courier depending on quantity of items purchased.
All items are despatched on the same day or within 24 business hours.

Return Policy

We make every effort to provide you with an enjoyable online shopping experience and we pay close attention to your order and shipping details so we can ensure that you receive a product you are happy with. However, if you would like to return an item that is unworn and in a resalable condition we will happily offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt.
If we have sent you the wrong item or your item is faulty, you may be eligible for a postage refund. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any postage refunds until we receive your item back for inspection. Please note we will not refund your postage if you send it back special delivery. For exchange, there will be a surcharge, equivalent to the postage cost.

We currently accept Paypal, Postal Orders and Bank Transfer for  UK Customers. For international customers we accept PayPal and Bank Transfers

We will only ship the item once payment has cleared.
