All our products are sourced from selected UK suppliers. We check each phone and test thoroughly. We then grade each Phone according to overall cosmetic condition. We use a grading system based on the cosmetic condition.

The warranty enables the buyer to receive warrant repair or replacement from the term length described in this sale. Situations NOT covered by this warranty including physical damage to the item (dropping/impact damage, water damage, exposure to extreme heat/cold/pressure, etc), misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, installation of non -factory software, or any other damage caused by use in a reckless or careless manner. The warranty guarantees the item will be free from manufacturer caused defect for the warranty length stated in this sale. Please contact our customer service team to claim your warranty if and when it should be needed.

We have a 45 Day Return policy. The item must be sent back in the exact same condition it was sent in. Please ensure your data is wiped or back up via your operating system before sending your device to us. Pin Locks and passwords must be removed before you send your device to us. We advise that all sim cards, memory cards and accessories are taken off the device before sending to us as we will not be liable for the loss. We accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such data is removed from the mobile device before sending the device back to us. If the item is to be returned you are responsible for P&P costs and would advise to keep proof of postage. Please note if any of the above isn’t actioned we will not be able to refund you.
