Payment

- Paypal. Paypal is the preferred method of paymet

- Other payments. If you wish to pay for an item using a different method of payment to Paypal then please do contact us beforehand

- Collection. Collection on items is possible. Cash or Paypal can be used as a method of payment for all collection items

- Prompt Payment. Please ensure all items are paid for promptly so that we can ensure your purchase is shipped out nice and quickly for you. The quicker you pay for your item the quicker you will receive it

- Late Payment. If a buyer does not pay for an item within 8 days of the end of auction/listing then an unpaid item case will be automatically opened. If the item still does not get paid for then ebay will put a unpaid item strike against your account

Postage & Packaging

- Postage costs. The cost of shipping covers the cost of packaging materials, the actual cost to ship your item and also part covers the ebay fees that ebay charge on the shipping costs. (ebay charge fees even on the money a buyer pays for shipping)

- Dispatch time. We pack and dispatch all items within two business days of receiving cleared payment.  You will receive an email when your item is dispatched.

- Delivery time. We use a standard service which may take several days to arrive. For more urgent deliveries, you can upgrade and pay a shipping supplement. Please contact us if you need to upgrade the shipping for your purchase

- Loss or damage. We comply with courier packing guidelines to minimise the chance of damage. We also retain proof of posting for our items. If you have not received your item two weeks after receiving our dispatch note, or if there has been damage in transit, then please email us so that we can resolve this problem for you (see Returns & Refunds)

- Combined Shipping.  If you wish to purchase more than one item from us then we do offer combined shipping. Please ensure you do not pay for any items until we have combined your items into one invoice and added the discounted postage. Please contact us for us to combine your items into one invoice.

Refund & Returns

- Our promise. We endeavour to ensure that all customers are 100% happy with every part of the transaction when purchasing from us. If there are any problems with your purchase please do contact us to give us the opportunity to resolve the problem with you before you leave feedback

- 14-Day returns policy.  In line with Distance Selling Regulations, if we ship an item to you within the EU, you can change your mind and be fully refunded for the item and outbound shipping costs. You must return the item to us in the condition sold, and within 14 days of receipt. The return postage is at your expense. Please contact us prior to making the return. This does not apply to items collected by you

- Item lost or damaged in post. If we ship an item to you and it gets lost or damaged then we will replace it or refund the value of the item and postage. Most items are delivered within a few days, but sometimes there are delays. Please contact us if you have not received your item within two weeks of receiving our dispatch note

- Item significantly not as described. If the item materially differs from the photographs and listing description then we'll refund, or exchange, in line with your rights under Sale of Goods Act 1979. We require items to be returned promptly, but we may at our discretion ask you to send a photo to verify damage, agree with you a partial refund, collect the item, or pre-authorise a refund of your return postage costs. By material difference we mean a clear listing error, misrepresentation or fault which materially affects the item's value. For items which are collected from us directly we do ask you to ensure you are happy with your purchase before taking it away.
