Can I Change My Delivery Address

Due to the PayPal money back guarantee we can only ship to the confirmed delivery address and all our orders will require someone to sign for the goods at the property. Please make sure your PayPal confirmed address and contact number is up to date as we cannot change this after an order has been placed.

How Will the Goods Be Delivered

Our goods are delivered either by pallet or parcel. For larger goods these will be shipped shrink wrapped and strapped onto a wooden pallet. The delivery is made to the ground level edge of the property. The driver will not be able to assist with the onward movement of the goods this is due to insurance reasons. Please make sure someone is at the property to help assist the onward movement of the goods. Parcel deliveries will be made to the front door of the property.

Damages

In the first instance of the goods being delivered and visible damage to the delivery can be seen, please sign for the goods as damaged and accept the delivery. We allow 48 hours from signature of goods to notify us of any damages or shortages. Please contact with us via email or call us on 0800 783 3183 within this time so we can replace the goods and make a claim with our carriers. Failure to notify us within this period will void any replacements being issued.

Orders placed with us on standard delivery – Other 48 Hour Courier are subject to 1 working day dispatch time. Orders placed on Express delivery – Other 24 Hour Courier must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday to receive the next working day. Orders placed on Friday on the Express delivery – Other 24 Hour Courier will be delivered the next working day - Monday.

Express delivery – Other 24 Hour Courier delivery is subject to stock availability. Saturday delivery is not included in the Express delivery – Other 24 Hour Courier service. For Saturday delivery services please call us on 0800 783 3183 for a quote. Charges depend on weight and distance, also a Saturday courier service surge charge will apply.

Orders placed using eBay; payments are processed by PayPal via the eBay checkout. To pay by card, please call 0800 783 3183 Monday to Friday 8.00am till 5.00pm.

Please Note: Orders placed by phone and paid by card, we require the goods to be delivered and signed for at the registered card address. We cannot deliver to an alternative address to where the card is registered to.

For PayPal payments via the eBay checkout, we can only deliver to the confirmed PayPal address. Please make sure your address and contact details are correct in PayPal before ordering as changes after cannot be rectified, this is due to the eBay money back guarantee.

Return & Refund Policy

Should you wish to return your order following your delivery, you may do so by informing us within 28 days of receipt of delivery. Outside the 28 day returns period your products will not be valid for a return. When returning goods to us we ask that you take reasonable care when handling the goods and return the goods to us unopened, unused and in their original packaging, where possible.

• Please confirm your intent to return the order by calling Customer Services on 0800 783 3183 within 28 days of receipt. We will confirm to you a return date and return reference and also let you know of any relevant information to include in your return.
• The cost of returning the goods will depend on weight, quantity and location. A minimum of £11.50 is payable for this service.
• When returning goods by your own selected carrier we are not responsible for any loss or damage to any returned goods in transit and as such, we recommend that you return the goods through a recorded delivery service.
• When returning goods please carefully package the goods together with your returns reference. Please note that large format goods will require to be palletised before a collection is made.
• If you exercise your right to return your order, any refunds due will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of goods being returned back to us.

  Refunds will be made to the account used to make the purchase. If the return carrier collection has been arranged with our carrier, the return monies will be made less the agreed return service cost.

• Please Note: clearance sale items are not included in the above returns and refunds policy as these are end of line discontinued items. Please be sure you have the correct required amount when purchasing these items as once they have gone they will not return into stock. Clearance items are on a sold as seen basis.
